Matches confirmed!

We got word last week that our matches have been confirmed and testing is complete! They are ready for us to come back on April 14th. So, the plan is to go to MN on April 12th. I am so excited! Hopefully we'll be able to move into Ronald McDonald house immediately, but they stay pretty full so we have to make other arrangements for the first few days just in case.

Gracie has been doing so well. She's been such a happy girl and that makes Mommy and Daddy happy too. :) This week her cousins Nuvy and Van are in town so we've been busy doing lots of visiting and playing.

We had a wonderful Easter! I wanted to leave a pic or 2 of her in her beautiful BabyNV easter ensemble. So here they are.

Hope you all had a blessed Easter as well.

She looks so adorable!!! I love her little outfit and her big smile. :) All kids should wear babynv, don't you think? (Shameless plug for our sister's clothing line...)

I'll be in MN on the 16th (I think) and I can't wait to see you guys!

Sarah, you should send those pics to Teresa.

That outfit is the bomb! She looks so good.

I'm so happy to hear everything is running as planned. Hopefully you can find a spot in the Ronald McDonald house.

I just wanted to mention that ever since I heard of Gracie's condition it's almost like I've seen it 'everywhere' A couple weeks ago "Mystery Diagnosis" on the Discover channel had an episode featuring a young boy with Hurler's. And just today our local news station was sharing a story of a boy named Carter with MLII. He is around 67 days post Bone Marrow Transplant. If you are interested in his story, they are also writing a blog about his journey. http://www.meetcarter.org/

YAY for Gracie! So happy for you. She is SO ADORABLE! I have never heard of babynv but it is cute.

You'll have to have Gracie doing photo shoots with her beautiful clothes and her fancy bald head... I remember dreading it myself, but you will dread it, the deal with it, then love it, then miss it! (occasionally).

So glad to be able to follow your journey on here. Can't wait to meet you all this summer!

Gracie, you are beautiful beyond words...

and your outfit is beautiful, too, but not beyond words. the word is www.babynv.com.

(talk about a shameless plug, now the word's out on why I never get around to blogging at mommybahn anymore!)

We had such a great time seeing you at Easter, and we'll be seeing you in Minnesota next time! All our love and a million kisses to all the Whites.

Go Gracie, go!
